Line 58 created a sophisticated brand for the Engineering and Architecture firm WDG.
The logo is a playful arrangement of individual letters that read more as a form and less as "initials". Letterhead, business cards, envelopes, and mailing labels are featured here.
Reflective of the seemingly transparent nature of the new mark, a sturdy, tinted-acrylic sign adorns blonde wood casework.
About the Client
Having served for a number of years as staff for the in-house architecture division of a larger engineering firm, WDG's principals branched out on their own when the original company dissolved. Though the business model had been refocused, they took with them the equity of the casually-used acronym that had previously been shorthand for the firms name and made it their official moniker.
